IN which countries is FGM practised? According to Wiki:

Eighteen countries—Benin, Burkina Faso, Central African Republic, Chad, Côte d'Ivoire, Djibouti, Egypt, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Ghana, Guinea, Kenya, Mauritania, Niger, Senegal, South Africa, Tanzania, and Togo.

Yet FGM is illegal in all said countries. Boys have no such protections. Even in "first world" countries MGM is practiced routinely.

That's number one. I'll continue with my general theme that -- incredibly -- western men have less rights than women living in Islamic nations….

That's a really good question.... on one hand, muslim women have the limitations placed by the decrees of the hadith and of course, Sharia law. But they are cared and provided for.

Muslim women are indeed subject to greater potential punishment than muslim men, but in the west, the human rights of men are violated on a regular basis (I.e. due process, presumption of innocence, even habeas corpus) where a man can be detained , charged or even fully convicted on simply the word of a woman (Ex: Brian Banks case) , in fact all a woman has to do is just declare the man guilty of a crime and the life of said man , as he has known it, will be over.

Moreover, the vast majority of violence is targetted at men... and men are, let's just call it what it is, enslaved by state force to women that they were once associated with. I was legitimately surprised to read that men can be IMPRISONED for debts of this nature despite me , possibly naively thinking that the law would protect men in this regard, it doesn't.

Hmmm , it's a really tough call.

This is an idea that comes up frequently.

In Sharia there are many rights that women have, but also obligations. Sharia is a Chivalric code which is why Boko Haram kidnapping 10000 boys and killing as many was normal, but kidnapping girls was a sin under Sharia. The whole mess had to be shifted under Sharia law which strips infidels of rights and allows them to be sold as slaves. The kidnapped girls were all non Muslim.

By comparison in secular countries like the US women have rights and freedoms that are not mentioned in the Quarn.

Men in the West have both codified rights and implied rights. Example freedom of expression means you can speak. It also implies you can wear an offensive shirt.

If you try and count up the number of rights you will get a wrong answer because it's not comparing apples and oranges ..... More like Apples and Girrafs .

I don't think so. In every country except China men commit suicide more often than women.

In the most brutal patriarchal society in the world -- Afghanistan -- boys as young as five have to go out to work.

So it appears that the answer to the original question is "yes." Islamic women have more rights than western men.

Congratulations.

While western powers drop bombs on wedding parties in order to "liberate" the womynz, it turns out that those women actually have more rights than you do.

This is actually pretty funny, albeit in a grim sense.
