The figure is 2/3 of females and I always ask what the other third are doing right and why are they not teaching females how to not get raped.

Well, if you can't actually explain why the figures we say are worthless, then your opinion is worthless.
One third of all college girls will be sexually assaulted.... Why?
..... Becasue they don't keep themselves safe. The other 2/3 can give them lessons.
It's not difficult to twist it around.
2/3 of females face sexual harassment in the streets... What are the other 1/3 doing right?
We don't have to use methodology to twist facts up and blame the victim.
It's not illegal and its very effective.
