I hope that's what any father would do, and not let the overly-simplistic "never hit a woman" override his drive to protect his son

I'm also glad he's not being charged with assault like what often happens when a man defends himself from a woman

I'm like... How is it about men's rights ?

I mean it's good that he stopped that crazy lady, but if any parent stops any crazy person from kidnapping any kind of children, is there ever any gendered problem with that ? It doesn't seem to be a problem here even though it's like a DAD protecting his SON against a crazy WOMAN...
