Huh, you kind of wonder why they would bother hiring illegals if you could simply get-away with paying (legally-present) women less than men without getting ICE into the mix. Unless, of course, there are factors apart from discrimination which are at work. Such as employers needing an easily-abused workforce to do awful work like hosing pig shit off the floor of the abattoir, but the author doesn't want to go there.

Personally, I'd like to see women hosing 50% of the pig shit off the floor of the abattoir because that would surely help to improve working conditions for the illegal (male) laborers. When, oh when, will the ladies have equality?

Wage gap is a reverse psychology argument designed to STOP anyone from talking about the US Consumer Index.

Which consistently shows that women comprise approximately 85% off all consumer spending in the USA economy. The largest, most wealthy economy, in the history of the know world.
