Wait. You can force me to evict my tenant and prevent me from renting to a new tenant for 3 months?

[–]Explicitgod[S] 38 points39 points40 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

From what I've read online seems she would still have to pay rent even though she can't stay on the property. Her being on benefits and all that, I'm not sure how it would work.

[–]homiej420 7 points8 points9 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

It might mean that the current tennant is still responsible for the rent in that time. I feel like they wouldnt screw over the landlord, a contract was signed, one way or another, theyre getting their money

That's how Section 8 works in the States as well.

It's called Maintaining a Nuisance Property.

Article fulltext:

Ambulance abuse note woman evicted from Tunstall home

A "neighbour from hell" who left an abusive note on an ambulance while paramedics treated a woman next door has been evicted from her house.

Kirsty Sharman, 26, put the note on the ambulance in Tunstall, Stoke-on-Trent, that ordered the crew to "move your van" from outside her house.

She was fined after pleading guilty to a public order offence last month.

A three-month closure order on the house was granted on Thursday, the Stoke Sentinel reported.

Brian Heath, whose wife was being treated when Sharman left the note described her as a "neighbour from hell".

"I would not wish her on anyone," he added.

'Significant distress'

The request for the closure order, made jointly by Staffordshire Police and Stoke-on-Trent City Council, was approved at North Staffs Justice Centre.

"The occupant of the house has been responsible for nine different reports of anti-social behaviour in the local area and caused significant distress to the local community," a Staffordshire Police spokesman said.

"We are hopeful this order will demonstrate how seriously we take anti-social behaviour and discourage the offender from acting the same way again."

Paramedics had been responding to Mr Heath's emergency call to help his wife, who was "experiencing breathing difficulties", when the note was left.

During the incident, Sharman also went into the street and swore at a paramedic, telling him to move the ambulance.

Councillor Randy Conteh, cabinet member for housing, communities and a safer city, said: "The partnership working shown by the council and the police in this matter sends a strong message that we will not tolerate anti-social behaviour in our communities."

A restraining order was issued against Sharman in January because of "ongoing difficulties" between her and her neighbours.

The closure order, effective for three months, means the privately-owned property cannot be rented out and Sharman has to find somewhere new to live.

After the period of closure ends, it is up to the landlord to take steps to rent the property out again.

I would not want to be the landlord. You know that bitch is ruining that apartment.

[–]ShotgunSquitters 28 points29 points30 points 8 years ago (10 children) | Copy Link

It's not the landlord that's kicking her out though

The request for the closure order, made jointly by Staffordshire Police and Stoke-on-Trent City Council, was approved at North Staffs Justice Centre.

It's the community kicking her out. How much of an asshole do you have to be to mobilize your local police department and city council to force a landlord to stop collecting rent on a property?

[–]HappyHound 15 points16 points17 points 8 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

Then prevent that landlord from being able to rent to anyone else until they three month period is up.

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

No its going to be social housing - it'll belong to a housing association.

[–]homiej420 4 points5 points6 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Yeah i dont think she sounds like she would be able to understand the difference, this will probably get ugly

[–]Galiphile 6 points7 points8 points 8 years ago (6 children) | Copy Link

Either way. That house is going to be trashed.

[–]homiej420 5 points6 points7 points 8 years ago (5 children) | Copy Link

Yeah she sounds like a lunatic who will not be able to understand the difference regardless and will either trash the place or not move out and have it get ugly

[–]CitricAcidFree 0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (4 children) | Copy Link

But she has to move out

[–]homiej420 0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link

Yes, but she was also part of said contract. And this is a penalty, she doesnt get helped out by not having to pay in this situation, its her own fault and she doesnt deserve any help

[–]CitricAcidFree -1 points0 points1 point 8 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

What does "said contract" mean?

[–]homiej420 0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

The contract that i mentioned earlier?

I wouldn't be surprised it's really never ending with this woman. This would be the third article about her in under two months. Just wait next week we will have another one.

[–]Explicitgod[S] 5 points6 points7 points 8 years ago (4 children) | Copy Link

The first article didn't have her picture or details https://www.google.co.uk/amp/s/news.sky.com/story/amp/woman-arrested-over-angry-note-to-ambulance-11257411

The second article showed her pictures/name everything https://www.google.co.uk/amp/www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-5430419/amp/Jobless-mum-left-ambulance-hate-note-posts-sick-tweet.html

[–]H8ers_gon_H8 0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

Oh, same incident just different articles. I thought you meant 3 separate incidents.

[–]Explicitgod[S] 4 points5 points6 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

So the first incident was when she wrote the note on the ambulance. The second incident was she started causing trouble with neighbours and on social media, news reporters basically went to find out more about her etc. This incident when she finally gets evicted from the property. So just updates really but yes based around the same incident.

[–]homiej420 0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

That ambulance lady was hot in the second article 😍. Also the girl in question seems like shes a lunatic

What kind of Dystopia has 'Anti-Social Behavior' ordinances? I thought that was China with their Social Credit Scores?

The mighty Bureaucracy of the NHS gets a nasty note and someone is evicted from their home?

I have a mind to send them a strongly-worded letter, but I'm afraid they will launch thermonuclear weapons in retaliation. At least a precision drone strike.

How many Migrants did the UK evict when those 60,000 underage girls were being raped?

Clean up your act, UK.

[–]Goldwaterite 9 points10 points11 points 8 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

Most countries, if not all, have them.

How is that different from "disturbing the peace" in the U.S.? I think the U.K. just calls it something different.

[–]ImStillHere14 1 point2 points3 points 8 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

You don’t get evicted for “disturbing the peace” he s right about the U.K. doing crazy crazy things in regards to big brother type behavior with its citizens.

[–]Goldwaterite 1 point2 points3 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Right, but this person was on welfare so it's not like she was evicted from her own home. If you take the government's money, you play by the government's rules. People on welfare should be model citizens, particularly in the UK where people can choose not to work and instead live their whole lives on benefits. They should be so well-mannered they could give etiquette lessons to Queen Elizabeth II. It also sounds like she had a history of this sort of behavior, so it's not just one instance that led to her eviction. If she's going around terrorizing her neighbors, she's infringing on their rights too.

[–]Vaiist 1 point2 points3 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

You're getting hung up on the wording "antisocial behavior." It doesn't mean you're bad at making small talk or you like to be left alone. It means you're regularly causing distress to those around you. It falls under the category of "disorderly conduct" or "harassment."

[–]The_Finglonger 0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

I am with you on the eviction on the grounds of anti-social behavior being insane, but not so much on the bigotry toward Muslims.

Her behavior reminds me of someone with high functioning autism.

"The occupant of the house has been responsible for nine different reports of anti-social behaviour in the local area and caused significant distress to the local community,"

I'm curious what else she did. I mean, they eventually had to kick her out of the community by forcing her landlord to stop renting his house altogether; that seems pretty extreme.

It also raises an interesting question, what do you do with extreme assholes? I mean, she's going to have to live elsewhere isn't she? Was her behaviour so extreme that it could have landed her in prison? Ifs o, then why isn't she there instead?

[–]jm51 8 points9 points10 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

what do you do with extreme assholes?

In the UK, if evicted from social housing, they usually get left to fend for themselves for a while. If a spell of living on the streets doesn't get them to straighten up and fly right, then the streets are where they deserve to live.

This one has been evicted from private housing and not by the LL, which is unusual. If she has the money for a deposit and rent in advance, she can find private housing.

For social housing, she has a child so will get offered some form of accommodation. More than likely it will be 'Bed and Breakfast' at first. It will probably be rougher than pig shit and she will be in with other extreme assholes, druggies and similar tosspots.

When she does get offered her own place, it will be in a rough estate with known asshole neighbours. The type that were raised to sort their own problems out and never call the police unless it is rape or murder. iow, she will get her head kicked in if she starts any shit with them.

[–]dronningmargrethe1 points 8 years ago* [recovered] (1 child) | Copy Link

It does feel a bit harsh. Yes she left a note. It was bad taste. But from there to being a national object of ridicule, fired from your job, and evicted? Jesus..

The occupant of the house has been responsible for nine different reports of anti-social behaviour

WTF has happened to England?

[–]Hiscore 1 point2 points3 points 8 years ago (12 children) | Copy Link

That country is such a joke. Behave in a way WE don't approve of? We'll fine you. You're on government money? No matter we'll take it from the taxpayers.

[–]-retaliation- 4 points5 points6 points 8 years ago (11 children) | Copy Link

You both realize an "antisocial behavior" charge is basically a "disturbing the peace" charge right?

It's not like if you just keep to yourself and don't like talking to people they're going to charge you. It's the charge used when you're doing things like harassing your neighbors, noise ordinance violations etc. It's just an umbrella term that allows for a single charge/fine then let's the court levy the punishment accordingly instead of splitting them all up into different charges.

It's basically the exact same thing as fineing someone on welfare for disturbing the peace.

[–]Hiscore -2 points-1 points0 points 8 years ago (10 children) | Copy Link

Yup, putting a note on a car is now a reason to forfeit your dwelling. Seems reasonable. Maybe if they didn't make a welfare state this Orwellian shit wouldn't be necessary

[–]-retaliation- 4 points5 points6 points 8 years ago* (9 children) | Copy Link

The court didn't kick her out for just that, she had 9 other "antisocial behavior" charges for harassing the neighbourhood. The court wasnt punishing her, they were punishing the landlord for "maintaining a nuisance property". The US has the exact same laws to keep landlords from doing nothing when renting to nuisance tenants because they don't live on site so it's not their problem it's yours.

[–]RelentlesslyDead -1 points0 points1 point 8 years ago (8 children) | Copy Link

But it's still part of why she got kicked out, which is retarded.

[–]-retaliation- 0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (7 children) | Copy Link

No, its why the landlord was punished, which was already carefully explained to you. the fact that you don't like that you are wrong and so have decided to glide over any facts and bull ahead with the same opinion is whats retarded.

[–]RelentlesslyDead -1 points0 points1 point 8 years ago (6 children) | Copy Link

You idiot, I'm saying no one should be punished for leaving a note. How the fuck does does the landlord being punished change that?

You're not right because you make slight corrections, because my point still stands.

[–]-retaliation- 0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (5 children) | Copy Link

should I just copy and paste the part about the 9 other charges? you keep saying "she just left a note" like it hasn't been explained to you already that, thats not all she did

[–]RelentlesslyDead -1 points0 points1 point 8 years ago (4 children) | Copy Link

Should I just repeat that the note was still part of it? Are you fucking illiterate?

[–][deleted] 1 point2 points3 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

And nothing of value was lost.

[–]Goldwaterite 3 points4 points5 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

If she's on benefits, I'm not sure where she gets off acting like anything other than a model citizen. If you've been given the privilege of living in a house you can't pay for and subsidized by income you didn't earn, you're not really in a position to tell anyone anything, are you? I feel bad for taxpayers in the UK who have to pay for these people when they deserve to be homeless. Some of them haven't worked in 10-15 years!

[–]GrizzlyLeatherBut I dindu nuffin!!! 6 points7 points8 points 8 years ago (5 children) | Copy Link

*checks post history. Ahh there it is, of course he posts in T_D, of course he has to make it racial. Can you guys just stick to your hate group sub and let the adults talk?

[–]GrizzlyLeatherBut I dindu nuffin!!! 7 points8 points9 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Can you not ignore huge issues going on in the UK right now? Part of being an adult is being able to use critical thinking. Like deciding a government has gone too far and is oppressing it's people. And I would equate letting people groom little girls into rape slaves for years because they're too afaid to be cast as bigoted just because the criminals are Muslim.

Also, it's childish to ignore what someone has said just because of where they said it. Go be a nice useful idiot somewhere else.

[–]Hiscore 5 points6 points7 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

The UK is slowly becoming a Brave New World nightmare with Orwellian overtones. It's so scary. I can't blame him for laying down criticism on the fact that Muslims appear to be immune to the security nanny state the UK has become

[–]dronningmargrethe1 points 8 years ago* [recovered] (1 child) | Copy Link

There is a special place in hell for people who check post history, and uses that as an argument, instead of.. you know.. actually debating.

[–]McNugget750 -1 points0 points1 point 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

I'll see you there, friend. Trust and believe, i've been in enough of these convo's to know there is no intelligent discourse to be had when very thinly veiled racism is the subject. Either way, I have no skin in this fight, being American, which is the same for Grizzlyleather also. Seems to me like he was trying to stir shit up if anything, just like the sub he and yourself are so found of.

[–]hkyplayer 8 points9 points10 points 8 years ago (19 children) | Copy Link

talk about England getting rid of free speech.. Who cares what she wrote ... If she didn't hurt anyone why does anyone care...

[–]MasterDex 1 point2 points3 points 8 years ago (13 children) | Copy Link

Free speech doesn't mean you're free to be an asshole without consequence.

[–][deleted] 5 points6 points7 points 8 years ago (8 children) | Copy Link

Yeah but how does writing that note warrant this level of "consequences"?

[–]-retaliation- 9 points10 points11 points 8 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link

It wasn't just writing the note, she has 9 other "antisocial behavior" charges (which is an umbrella charge covering harassment, noise ordinance, disturbing the peace etc.) so after so many charges and the landlord doing nothing about it, the landlord was forced to evict her in the same way the US has "maintaing a nuisance property" laws

[–][deleted] -5 points-4 points-3 points 8 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

Eh still sounds very draconian.

[–]-retaliation- 6 points7 points8 points 8 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

The US has the same laws, how would you feel if you lived next to a property with some crazy bitch that yelled and screamed at you every day but the landlord refused to kick her out because he didn't live on site so it only bothered you and not him? If you want draconian look into the US's laws around its fines if you're not a fan of John Oliver the cliffnotes are, in some states because of all the administrative and state fees etc. It causes fines to jump to insane amounts, 2 parking tickets totalling $150? Turn that into paying the government $1100.00 in fines and fees, $35 rolling through a stop sign ticket? $235 in fees and service charges. Can't pay the ticket because you're making minimum wage and that's over a week of your life that you just lost because of a parking ticket? Have $200 in fees for being put on a payment plan and increase the amount of the bill by %30. Can't pay that? You don't just lose your house, you go to jail and end up on probation, which btw also costs money because they charge you for the urine tests, the check ins of the officer etc. And even after all that the fine doesn't go anywhere, you still have to pay it....

And that's not 1-2 states that's 47 of them

I have gotten a rolling through a stop sign ticket as well as parking tickets recently.. I’m in New Jersey and I think the parking tickets were 25 each and the stop sign was 50? That’s total no extra fees, idk where he’s getting that from.

The home owner doesn't want to rent to her anymore

[–]WilliamBott 11 points12 points13 points 8 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

The landlord had nothing to do with it. The city council forced the landlord to kick her out and is telling the landlord he can't rent to anyone for 3 months.

She's a cunt, but this is still bullshit.

[–]Stockholm-_-Syndrome 0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link

Yeah it pretty much does, you fuckwit.

[–]MasterDex 1 point2 points3 points 8 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

No, it pretty much doesn't, you moron.

Slander and defamation can still be prosecuted. Threats of violence and hate speech can have legal ramifications too.

And if some moronic dipshit that doesn't know their arse from their elbow calls me a fuckwit to my face, they best be ready for the fist flying towards their face.

[–]Stockholm-_-Syndrome -1 points0 points1 point 8 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

That's real cute internet tough guy and "fuckwit" is about the best description for you.

Defamation/Slander, incitement to violence and harassment are crimes in and of themselves. They are not limitations to free speech and the fact that you can't make that distinction shows how underdeveloped your brain is.

[–]MasterDex 1 point2 points3 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Jesus, you're a dimwit. Internet tough guy? I was demonstrating how free speech does not mean speech without consequences. Are you so dim that you cannot realise that there is a difference between freedom of speech and speech without consequence?

And you're wrong, defamation and slander are absolutely restrictions on free speech because well, they restrict your freedom of speech. This isn't exactly rocket science.

So again, I'll reiterate - freedom of speech DOES NOT MEAN speech without consequences. You are free to say whatever you want but some of what you say may have consequences. Legal or otherwise. If you can't grasp that then I hope you never learn the lesson the hard way.

[–]GloriousGardener -3 points-2 points-1 points 8 years ago (4 children) | Copy Link

Because England has gone fucking mental. I agree this lady is a cunt of epic proportions but all she did was write a note and leave it on a car. That news article reads like some Orwellian horror story.

"We are hopeful this order will demonstrate how seriously we take anti-social behaviour and discourage the offender from acting the same way again."

Got it. Leave mean notes, be made homeless by governmental decree. Seems legit. Holy shit the UK is a mess. Also this never would have been made news if she were a minority. Wouldn't want to seem racist. Because that would be ridiculous.

Also England (and most countries) do not have free speech (unfortunately). That is an American concept.

[–]-retaliation- 4 points5 points6 points 8 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link

America has laws against harassing public servants as well. If you read any of the previous information (clearly you only read this so only part 3/3) it states she didn't just leave a note. She was outside yelling and pushing the other paramedic, screaming at the one trying to help the woman and kicked the ambulance more than once. As well she was evicted because she had 9 other "antisocial behavior" charges. Which if you looked into at all you would find out is a charge used in the UK in place of disturbing the peace, noise ordinance violations, harassing neighbours etc. It's not like if you're quiet and keep to yourself some police officer is going to show up at your door and go "YOU'RE BEING ANTISOCIAL! YOU ARE FINE $150!)

[–]GloriousGardener -1 points0 points1 point 8 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

What other parts are you referring to? (I even did a quick search of her name and the only things popping up solely involve a note) And if they want to arrest her and charge her for assaulting people or vandalizing property, sure, that makes sense. If they want to fine her for noise complaints, also cool. Forcing eviction is pretty stupid though. And I have no idea what the threshold for "anti social behavior" is. Is she shitting in baby carriages or is she not smiling at her neighbors, because to me it sounds like bullshit. Almost any problematic 'anti social behavior' is also going to be illegal, I don't have a problem with laws being enforced, but evicting someone with vague explanations of 'oh well she was anti-social', is retarded. The only thing mentioned in this article was the note being left, if there is more to the story then this is pretty shit journalism.

[–]-retaliation- 1 point2 points3 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

OP posted all three articles in this thread and the name of the post states its an update meaning it had previous articles that this is building on. And "antisocial behavior" has pretty much all the same thresholds for a charge that the US has for its charges it's literally just a different name and an umbrella to put a bunch of different charges to make it easier for the court system. It only sounds like bullshit because you have done zero research before forming your opinion.

As for evicting her, that's not a charge against her, that's against the landlord for not doing anything about his shit tenant. It's the exact same as a US landlord getting hit with a "maintaining a nuisance property" charge. How would you feel if you had a rental next door with some crazy bitch that yelled and screamed at you all the time. Came banging on your door constantly, spitting and pudding on it. But the landlord didn't give a shit when you complained to him because he doesn't live on site so it's your problem not his.

Fuck you guys. You're happy that some woman got punished for "anti social" behavior.

She just wrote a fucking note. She might have yelled and cursed. Sure it was a cunt move, but I'm not down for the Fun Police to go around punishing people for being rude.

Fuck the U.K. Fucking Nazis.

[–]-retaliation- 4 points5 points6 points 8 years ago (8 children) | Copy Link

As I and many others have pointed out in this thread, she didn't just write a note. she screamed at the driver outside, impeded the one inside yelling at her while she was trying to help someone in distress. Allegedly was kicking the ambulance and in general impeding emergency personnel. The US has similar laws to protect public servants when they are responding to emergencies. She had 9 other "antisocial behavior" charges (a charge used as an umbrella charge encompassing things like disturbing the peace, harassment, noise ordinance violations etc.) and the landlord did nothing so the city stepped in and kicked her out just like they would in the US for "maintaining a nuisance property" the US has almost identical laws to all of these.

[–]RelentlesslyDead -2 points-1 points0 points 8 years ago (7 children) | Copy Link

It does not say that in the article. And even so it does not make being charged for "antisocial" behavior any less ridiculous. The charges for assault would be one thing, but we both know damn well there are legitimate abuses of power going on in the U.K.

The very notion that being offensive/disagreeable should be criminal is fucking retarded. The U.K. is monstrously oppressive

[–]-retaliation- -1 points0 points1 point 8 years ago (6 children) | Copy Link

As I stated, you're reading with an american perspective on the phrase, "antisocial behavior" isn't a charge for just people the government doesn't like. Its not like if you're just a shitty person they're going to charge you or if you just don't like people. It has a legally defined limitation. Its just that rather than having separate charges for noise ordinance, harassment, disturbing the peace, etc. They just have a single charge and that way the judge can levy the punishment accordingly. That way the cops aren't in a position to choose your sentence, the judge is. as for abuses of power, if you live in the US, people in glass houses shouldn't throw stones. the UK isn't anywhere near the silly oligarchy that the US has become.

[–]RelentlesslyDead 0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago* (5 children) | Copy Link

Like I said, it doesn't say she kicked the ambulance or emt in the article posted.

Anyway you say that unironically after a man has been convicted of teaching his pug to salute.

Don't act like you don't know what I'm talking about. You fuckups

[–]-retaliation- -1 points0 points1 point 8 years ago (4 children) | Copy Link

I'm not even from the UK.

and I'm not acting like its the same, Its better, noticeably so. Theres a reason the US is an international laughing stock right now.

and maybe if you weren't such a moron and had any sort of supporting facts other than "yeah, well the UK sucks, so fuck you" you could prove me wrong, but so far this has been a conversation of me spanking you with facts and you coming up with nothing but your opinions, which nobody cares about and a single instance of a silly law.

[–]RelentlesslyDead -1 points0 points1 point 8 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link

You still neglect to address the fact that the UK has made being offensive a criminal act and subsequently convicted a man for a joke.

I wouldn't go around calling anyone a moron when it is pretty fucking clear that the UK is censoring its citizenship.

[–]-retaliation- -1 points0 points1 point 8 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

just for the record, yet another post that doesn't have a single fact or supporting statement in it.

I haven't addressed it because its irrelevant to the conversation, you're deflecting an argument about fundamental flaws in the US legal system that effect millions on the basis of a single case that has no connection. Which is only an argument because you were deflecting from the fact that you can't defend a position of the original comments you made because you think "I'm allowed to be more retarded because they're retarded" is a valid argument. Its as bad as when your politicians start going off about how they're allowed to lie about X because the opposition lied about Y.

you wan't to talk about not addressing things?

you're still commenting saying "it was just one note" despite that it was harassing

the fact that you still think "antisocial behavior" is somehow a bullshit charge, but disturbing the peace, harassment etc. is perfectly reasonable despite that its been explained that theyre the same thing with different names

that you call the UK "oppressive" with no supporting reason why

[–]RelentlesslyDead 0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago* (1 child) | Copy Link

You idiot. I'm not reiterating that it's "all that she did." You obviously can't fucking read. I've already said that even if what you said was true it doesn't change the fact that part of the offense is the note, and it also doesn't change the fact that you're absolutely illiterate. For the last fucking time, it shouldn't be an offense to be offensive.

Get the fuck off it. Don't tell me what I'm saying. I'll tell you what I'm saying.

I want you to re-read this comment at least twice before you go off spewing any more moronic shit, please.

[–]-retaliation- -1 points0 points1 point 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Its not an offense to be offensive, but it is an offense to harass paramedics while they're trying to help someone. I'm reading what your writing but you seem incapable of reading what I'm writing, the article, or any of the comments, or the downvotes you've collected on your posts.

I want you to reread some elementary school books, see if maybe you can learn how to make a valid argument. of course you'll probably require a few read throughs to understand it.

[–]Karma9999 0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

I was conflicted about this one. I'm not convinced that this deserves being evicted, but at the same time she had a go at paramedics working at the time, so fuck that. She's also got a long history of being a bitch so maybe she deserves it.

Also, #freeDankula

Her behavior reminds me of someone with high functioning autism.

A community that has laws permitting this eviction sounds pretty horrifying
