I have to question what counts as inappropriate touching. We know from recent news that a man touching the knee of a woman can be considered rape. Does a man commit rape if his bag brushes your butt in a packed subway car? I don't doubt that actual groping exists but we also have to be considerate that men need to take the trains too.

The "women's only" cars are "for women" but not only for women. The practice applies during rush hour, when the trains are so full that people are being told not to board if there is no more space.

They're full of men because there's no reason they shouldn't be full of men and there isn't enough space to worry about sexist bullshit. So some other man groped you (by being in a train so crowded he couldn't avoid coming into contact regardless of what he might want), it doesn't follow that men who are able to avoid touching women in a standing room only carriage should have to miss the train.

how about instead of segreagating, you make a campaign to show women an easy way to catch evidence of the gropers and get them fined or jailed?

or just invest more in transportation so u dont have to make a cuddle party to travel
