In the united States, the federal government uses a "point" system to determine danger levels for assignment to various security levels of prisons.
Due to the government stating and acting on the statement that males are more dangerous then females, the government enforces discriminatory assignment of males to higher security prisons, due to the unconstitutional governmental assertion and treatment of males as more dangerous inherently due to their gender, no matter what his behavior as an individual may be.
This results in females, who have committed the same crime, and being assigned the same points in "risk assessment", being assigned to a minimal security prison, where as a male in the exact same position is assigned to a maximum security prison.
Also. Security levels are dependent on sentence length, due to men being unconstitutionally and illegally given longer sentences for the same crimes, this means males are further less eligible for lower security prisons then a female that does the same crime and has the same risk assessment done by the prison system is.
Also, this means that a women who has committed a crime and is of a risk level worthy of a man being in a maximum security prison will be eligible to have her newborn baby in her low security prison, as a man in the exact same situation sits in a maximum security 23 hour lock up cell.
This is in addition to women often not getting sentence to jail when men are, having better condition in their jails, and having access to all sorts of sexist programs that males do not.
