The truly unfortunate thing is that honestly, what other legal advice can he be given? The court system is so fucked up that men and even boy children really don't have many other options than to pay child support if the woman gets pregnant. It's not like there's currently any way for him to opt out of it like there is with women who have unwanted pregnancies

If she sues for child support and it is biologically his--regardless of if he was raped, if she tricked him into it, or if he otherwise didn't consent to the thing that led to her getting pregnant--a man's / boy's only way out would be to change the entire court system, because I believe child support is currently strict liability

The problem is even deeper than those individual commenters; it's a systemic prejudice

Apparently one of the moderators had this happen to him and he seems to have gone particularly batshit insane over any discussion of these types of issues, went on banning and removing sprees if I remember correctly. That sub is very much biased, the most people should go there for is asking about tax returns or a specific law, anything else and they'll probably get banned as we're seeing.

Short of skipping the country, there realistically isn't much else he can do. He has zero legal rights here, and nobody is going to punish the woman for tricking him. Put simply: he's fucked.

Incorrect. Assume that a man falsely tells a woman he has had a vasectomy and as a result she gets pregnant. She also decides to keep the baby. What are that man's parental rights to custody and visitation and child support? The same as every other man. Lying about birth control really doesn't matter in family court for either sex.
