I started swallowing the red pill recently, and I've read through most of the pinned articles already. So today I decided to put some in practice and start to give out some value to people, freely, without any ask for it, nor with expectations for returning favours.

Today was a short day at college, so a few people in my class didn't go. During that class we were given some answers that are needed to study with for exams. So I decided to be nice and send pictures of those answers to the people in question, as a way of giving out value. One girl asked me why I did it, and to say 'I just took the red pill and I read I had to give out value to people freely, and give more when they reprocitate to reward them for that behaviour' would be a wee bit weird, so what should I say?

And also, did I give out value correctly? How do I discover what more value I can give?
