Today we have massive coverage of sexual harassment by men in the media.

The proper response is to use this momentum, but turn it deeper, further toward the truth.

This means do the two following things:

1) Bring to light the fact that it is not ONLY MEN who sexually harass and abuse ONLY WOMEN. Turn the dialogue to the fact that this is a problem with PEOPLE, not with THE MALE SEX.

2) Bring to light the fact that sexual abuse law and sexual harassment policy favor women at the expense of men. The environment in the corporate workplace is such that men must watch every little thing they say for fear of being ostracized or fired, while women can get away with almost anything. Meanwhile, "affirmative action" bigotry further demeans and disenfranchises men, even while males graduate college at a 2 to 3 ratio to women.

There are stories out there going on right now that are totally relevant to the Men's Rights Movement. It is our responsibility, and our joy, to bring out the deeper issues involved so that people can grasp the wider picture and recognize that men are "equal" too. This can easily be done by commenting, in a balanced but honest manner, on articles about these topics, or writing articles of our own that tie these issues together where others would tear them apart.
