Yeah, sure. Women are incapable of being malicious assholes willing to throw any and everyone under the bus for personal gain no matter how slight r subjective it may be. That, my friends, is sexism.

TL/DR for those scared by walls of text: Man criticizes female underling's work performance. Female underling goes to a manager at the company to complain, and that manager all but explicitly encourages her to falsely accuse him of sexual assault. Female underling takes the hint and accuses him of sexually exposing himself to her. Man is fired and initially just tries to move on and gets another job, but one of the crooked manager's underlings actually calls HR at the man's new job and informs them that he was fired for sexual harassment, causing him to be subsequently fired from his new job. A legal battle ensues after the man gets in touch with the IT guy at his old job and gets a copy of some security footage that proves the allegations untrue. The crooked manager tries to trick the IT guy into deleting said footage, and threatens to fire him if he doesn't. The IT guy informs their company lawyer, who then starts to investigate. Man sues company in the midst of all this and when company realizes what really happened, they fire the crooked manager and false accuser, IT guy keeps his job, man settles with company, getting his old job back with a raise and backpay for all the time he'd been fired for.
