I am a 33 year old virgin because of disability, being on benefits, and still living with a homophobic family.

Female virgins can get it too, via the same methods of genital rubbing or mutual masturbation without cleaning fluids off. I read one study where 70% of sexually active women (the average number of sex partners they'd had was 6) had HPV and 10% of virgins had it. This is why you can't be too careful with a new partner, regardless of whether you are hetero, homo, or bi. Even if your partner is a sexually inexperienced man/woman, there could be dangerous STDs in bed with you.
