Honestly, I hope this bites many Democrats in the ass. I’m registered D, and I’m appalled at how they forced Franken out on the mere word of allegations. I hope Gillibrand especially is outed.

My spouse and I get into some really shouty fights. But it never progresses beyond shouting because we're both mature adults.

Also, we both take a closed door as a sign to stop. If one of us retreats behind a door and closes it, the other understands it's time to stop and we can discuss the issue later when we're not so emotional.

Things like this make me really glad that we're both mature individuals.
