I was charged with Harassment DV, she claimed I assaulted her. No witnesses. I am scared, because my lawyer says I have a good case, but an out of state lawyer I'm friends with, says texts are really hard to be admitted into evidence...My abuser has the government helping her abuse me and I'm going to lose my career for standing up to her for myself and my daughter.

Fucking prime example of how bullshit the justice system is when it comes to accusations. It's basically guilty until proven innocent but only if it's recorded by 5 cameras with a admission of guilt from the accuser that's also signed by at least 3 former presidents.

Sucks that you didn't record the phone call from her friend claiming that she knows how to make a false accusation stick. That would be amazing. Maybe try calling the friend and recording the call? Ask her what she meant when she said that. See if she admits to it. Maybe talk to your lawyer and have the lawyer present for the phone call you make to the friend.

Thanks for the advice. I will never in a million years talk to her again. I will request supervised child exchange. What do I do after I win and in 3-5 years she claims I am molesting my daughter. 😥 She literally can get away with anything and have the State automatically assume I am at fault or guilty.
