The site is on Tumblr, they're a US company (so far as I know), so anyone whose photo is added to the site has legal recourse against Tumblr for defamation, so a legal threat should be enough to persuade them to take the site down.

You could probably also legally force Tumblr to hand over the details they have on the creator of the site (email address, IP address, etc) in order to sue them for defamation.

It only takes one pissed off guy willing to spend a few bucks on legal action and this site is done for.

They are playing fast and loose with slander here. By allowing anonymous submissions they are deliberately making it difficult to trace the false accuser at the same time as they are not personally making the allegations they are trying avoiding responsibility. I would be amazed if the hosting site would take it down unless someone with a decent amount of money to sue Tumblr? for allowing them to be slandered. This is quite dangerous all it takes is one violent nutter to identify or think they have one of those in the area who looks like one and some innocent man could get a beating or worse. It happened to a paediatrician in the UK who some idiots miss read as a child molester, he's dead.

so...anyone can submit a photo...no proof needed and looks like there is no way dispute it if your photo happens to make it onto there. also i am a little disappointed that there was not one photo of trump or harvey weinstein.
