I think you should start by acquiring an electron microscope. You'll need it to be able to read a number that small.

EDIT: I'm assuming here that you meant statistics on women convicted for the crime of making a false accusation? That number is very small indeed. If you meant how many men are convicted of rape as a result of false accusations, then I'm certain that figure is much, much larger.

My guess is that you'd have a better chance looking up the rates of conviction for perjury/public mischief/misuse of police resources/etc, but even then you'd have to limit your scope to cases pertaining to rape/sexual battery to have even a semi-accurate count.
