I'm going to post potentially yet another unpopular opinion here but I think both are completely wrong. They seem to think they have the right to make up legal definitions based on their personal experiences and 'feelings', that's not how due process works nor how the legal definitions of crime work.

You are either harassed or you aren't, you are either attacked or you aren't. There's a really big problem here with people trying to change the law based on peoples fucking feelings and it's precisely why I consider myself an Anarchist far more than even a Libertarian these days.

If people can just pick and choose what laws they like based on their fucking feelings of the day then what's the point in having them? We've seen what happens when people do this, you get feminists coming along and saying that women who are even slightly tipsy should be able to claim a guy raped them when they come home from a one night stand they feel embarrassed about.

There's a line between a simply awkward or uncomfortable situation cause by somebody being a cunt or messing up their interactions and a genuine crime and these types of people dance between it like it's a fucking game.

I know places where young jewellery sales men are told to flirt with both young and old women. Yes, if one view it through a lens of political correctness, that is wrong. But, such businesses do thrive.
