Call her bluff. Get the police involved first. Call them, report her for abuse and get infront of it. After the fact they (probably) won't arrest you.

Of course, you can always deny everything. If there is no proof they probably won't do anything after the fact.

Calling the cops is 50/50. They could take a statement and record damages, or they could treat you like a criminal because how could a women ever assault a man.

I would call them and get ahead of this though. If the cop starts giving you flack, tell him you want to speak to his supervisor immediately and that you're recording the rest of the transaction for your safety. Keep requesting supervisors as much as you need to until you get someone that doesn't treat you like scum for defending yourself. Quick note though, if you say she was hitting you and you say you hit her back, the cops can call it mutual combat and charge you both with assault. It sucks and it's not fair, but if it were me, I would just report the property damage and the fact that she wouldn't leave your house and leave it at that.

You defended yourself, do not feel guilty for it. It is your right to defend yourself from punches (from a femtitled bitch). Self care and self respect is something that a lot of men are manipulated into sacrificing away for women's benefit. Be proud of standing up for yourself and respecting your own bodily autonomy.

Now there are two bad scenarios for you: she reports to the police or she doesn't. Even if she doesn't, she will go on a demonization mission on social media or friend's cirlces. If it is the latter, then most people will blindly rush to her side(thanks gynocentric society). And this is an opportunity for you to see where people's loyalties lie or how good of a friend they were to you.

If she gets the police involved, then get a lawyer at all costs. From what you described, she clearly damaged your property and physically assaulted you. Do you have any evidence of damaged property(broken/damaged laptop, etc) or injuries from her punching you. If you have, then maybe it is better for you to contact the police first(but contact a lawyer first, and seek their opinion) and press charges against her. See u/PM_UR_FactorioLayout's advice below.

Also, do you think she got any marks on her face when you defended yourself? She will likely use that and the pro-women police/court system at her disposal. That is why you need to get a lawyer first and foremost.

As you might know calling the cops can end up pretty badly for you. 50-50 as some say. I recommend going straight down to the police station where they don't have mandatory arrest requirements and you can take your time and explain what happened there to someone who doesn't feel any pressure about being in the field. I can't exactly explain why but I am very sure that they will be more willing to listen, if you do it in their house so to speak.
