Xpost /r/legaladvice not OP. 35yo pregnant woman claims my 15yo son is the father. 1) is this an admission of statutory rape? 2) if true, what are my son's responsibilities towards the child?

It sure sounds like she has admitted to statutory rape. However, your son will be on the hook for child support as soon as he turns eighteen should she decide to keep the baby. As for her crime, she will get a slap on the wrist. In any event, you need to talk to an attorney.

1) Absolutely, unless his sperm exhibits some sort of teleportation qualities.

2) Legally, he absolutely is responsible for his rapist's child once he turns 18, and may or may not owe backpay as well.

Apparently, when the son will be 18 (in 3 years) the rapist will even be able to get child support from her victim. The case already happened before.
