they tried to make a point by deliberately comparing two things that are not equal. surely a man masturbating would be compared to a period. using false equivalencies weakens your point and does not further your movement.

No matter what side of the abortion debate you're on, if you're intellectually honest, you have to acknowledge that throwing away reproductive tissue (sperm or egg) is not the same as throwing away a fetus.

Chill man, I understand why this would be crazy on the surface but it's a protest against Texas regulation around abortion. It's not being proposed as serious legislation.
