Nope, don't buy it.

What I see is that he drops into a fighting stance and then she brings up her leg. It's definitely in self-defense that she does that, because she sees him drop into that stance.

Happy to see women being treated equally but the guy here goes way too far and he is definitely the aggressor.

Dude that is such a stretch, come on. It doesn't have anything to do with the brother, and you can't just project intent in this way; you have no idea what she was thinking about the brother when she "jumped" the sister. Moreover, that's a perfectly reasonable thing to think, anyway. If I'm 10 and get in a scuffle with another 10-year-old, it would be unreasonable for his 20-year-old brother to come kick the shit out of me afterwards (though not unexpected). And I think my meaning of "provocation" was clear, though I suppose if you want to sit on this twisted interpretation, I can't stop you. My bottom line is that he initiated a brawl with a woman whom he greatly outmatched physically. I don't think we need to get into the philosophical conditions for provocation to see that this is not acceptable behavior

I have no way of knowing anything about any altercation I see through the Internet. In my head, there's no reason for him to walk up to her and start throwing punches. There has to be a VERY good reason for him to do something like that. The title suggests that his sister was jumped. Usually false titles are proven wrong. If this one gets proven wrong, then I'll 100% be against what this guy did.

Unfair comparison. It would be like if a 10 year old gets in an argument with another 10 year old, so he brings his friends and jumps the kid after school. Then his older brother comes in. In this case, I don't put any blame on the older brother.

Which is funny, because this is the woman who supposedly jumped his sister. Multiple people outmatch one person in a fight. She's guilty of the same exact thing.

You are reading way too much into this jumped thing. Where does it say that she jumped the sister with multiple friends? Why exactly can you assume that she only did it because "I'm a girl and her brother won't hit a girl". I don't see a reason to believe the allegation that she was jumped in the first place, and somehow you're comfortable making all sorts of detailed assumptions. Let me put it another way, what stops this girls own brother, much older and stronger, from walking up to this guy when hes minding his own business and putting a world of hurt on him? If that's not justified, then why? Because you perceive her debt now paid, and the situation morally neutral? That's not how civilized society works. You don't get to be the judge, jury and executioner of your own disagreements --you can't inflict harm on a person because you feel sufficiently slighted. Granted, if the jump incident were truly egregious, then I wouldn't feel there was much moral inequity here. However, I would still consider him a slimy little shit, as I would anyone who charges in to a battle they know will be a one-sided bloodbath

How so? Again, almost always these kinds of videos get found out (when they lie about the situation). Until that happens I'm going to assume it's the truth.

If someone knew that someone bigger would come after them if they did something wrong, they wouldn't do it out of fear. This female most likely thought that her brother wouldn't hit a girl. I see it ALL the time on these kinds of videos. Women get surprised when they get hit BACK. Notice I said "back" and not just "hit." Or you hear, "what you gonna do, hit a girl?" Women in general seem to think they can get away with this bs because they're women. Hence the term "pussy pass."

In a perfect world this cunt would be charged with assault (along with all of her friends), would be expelled from school, and her life would be ruined. That simply doesn't happen. Read around on this sub. So many examples of women getting away with shit. Hell, it's not even women only. Many people get away with shit they shouldn't. That's why I'm all for taking things into your own hands. If you have no video footage of the sister being jumped, then the cunt won't be punished by the school or law.
