What exactly does a minority person have to do or say in order to be charge with a hate crime? I mean in this case the woman attacked a white guy because of the color of his skin, yelled out that she hated white people, and all kinds of other shit but yet it's all "may have been a hate crime". What in the hell about it isn't a hate crime?
