This actually discriminates in favor of married people. In my experience, the overwhelming majority of woman-owned construction companies who chase government contracts are "owned" by the wife of the actual owner. Her participation is limited to being the name that gets the contract.

I say this as an engineer who provides construction management services for a variety of government funded projects. I have seen it dozens of times over the past ten years, and have never actually had a single situation where the female owner actually participated.

I contrast this to woman-owned engineering firms, where the listed owner is invariably an actual woman owner.

These retards keep claiming they're against 'hate and division' but it's these kind of stupid ideas that actually help any genuine neo-nazi's or white nationalists out there get attention because now they have something to actually point to, to say yeah, those guys are actually discriminating against whites and there really isn't any argument you can make against it because they'll be right thanks to the left's actions.

Can you please paint all construction performed by these contractors in red and yellow stripes (similar to McDonald's) so I can avoid them for my safety and the safety of my children? I'm not sure if you got the memo but women avoid STEM and get paid less, so they might not be satisfied in performing a thorough job.
