so, if the genders were reversed.... would the man get paid "damages" if the woman wasn't giving him enough sex? How do you prove and/or quantify these damages? Is video evidence of intercourse required? perhaps all marital sexual activity should be televised so the evidence is preserved in case there are any disputes 21 years into a marriage.

Probably should sue her for being fat, ugly, and bitchy during their marriage. Which i'm guessing is probably a reason for the lack of sex.

What the fuck....... How do you guys stay hopeful when this shit comes up? This shows a massive disregard for men in society. When it really comes down to it, this is how the system will treat us. I'm not going to give up, ever. If I do, then nothing will change. But this shit just makes it really, really hard. I'm only 21 (and I've never been in a relationship despite desperately wanting to try; lots of women are actually worth it) and this is already weighing on me.
