About fucking time they banned it and chucked the sick scum who do this to infants in prison where they belong. Then let their fellow inmates deal with them. I'd prefer they were put into the general prison population, but I fear they wouldn't get to live long enough to suffer the throes of spending a long stretch in a cage.
