No need to call people retarded. There's plenty of cases of sexual crimes going under punished as well as false accusations, why can't we work to end both? I always believe the victim after the case has been proven, until then we only have an accuser.

There's a difference between believing the victim, and condemning the accused.

People who claim they've been raped should always be believed. It's cruel to subject a person who's been victimized to cross examination and suspicion.

But on the other hand, we should not condemn the person who is accused of the crime.
