Dude, when I was younger I fell in love for a chick that lives some 3 hours flying away.
She was a white canvas for me, I didn't know her properly and I could lend her whatever image I felt was more appropriate, so I made her an unicorn. Hence why we say it's platonic, shadows on a wall, you idealize the person.
With time we talked a lot more and got to know each other, and it turned out we're way too different and couldn't work out in a million years. If I ever feel like I should embrace tradcon values I'm totally LTRing her though.

Anyway, don't go around idealizing women. Our idealizations of women are so far off from reality it's practically impossible not to get frustrated doing it.

You're a bit thin on details here, OP. • How did you meet her?

• How much time did you spend together and what did you do together?

• Do you need to learn a new language?

Even with the above you're taking an exceptionally long shot here. You chances of success are very low here. And I'm speaking from actual experience here. That being said if you can achieve other life goals, and prioritise her as last on that list, you may have a reason to explore the world. However if you're only in this for the sake of curiosity, the odds are not in your favour. You know the routine about Unicorns and AWALT. Well, it's international. Proceed with caution if you're just doing this to run down a maybe if.
