A person who self-intoxicates, whether male or female, assumes the risk of their subsequent intoxicated choices and actions. Drinking is not an excuse.

There are far more "legitimate" excuses someone might have - generally beyond their control and not of their own making (e.g. mental illness, bipolar disorder / hypersexuality, uncontrolled libido, congenital borderline intelligence) that would be a mitigating factor to a counterparty to a drunken interaction, far more reasonable and acceptable than "I chose to drink myself silly." None are particularly convincing, and neither is self-intoxication. Females, the rest of the planet does not necessarily revolve around you.

Very disturbing. If she consented, by definition it cannot be rape. Rape is sex without consent. there's no such thing as rape where consent is present.

Drunk man's consent to woman for anything will definitely be excuse to convict him. Shameful standards.
