The victim alleged that Lonina set up the rape. Shamansky calls that allegation “unmitigated nonsense.”

Funny how "believe the victim" seems to conveniently stop right at the edge of inconveniencing other women. The victim (and Im calling her a victim because there is video evidence that it happened in this case) says the woman that streamed it set up the rape and the DA just waves it off.

Nineteen-year-old Marina Lonina was sentenced Monday in Columbus after pleading guilty to one count of obstructing justice under a deal with prosecutors. She initially faced other charges, including rape and pandering sexual matter involving a minor.

That's one hell of a plea bargain.

The guy got 9 years for rape, and she only got 9 months. Sad.
