I could say that accusations alone a have ruined my life. I have no recourse to this administrative DoD process. Without a conviction, a charge, or even a military punishment, I was forced to undergo treatment and wound up in a database of domestic abusers.
I wish I could have spoken openly while we were in the Marine Corps and she was falsely accusing me of whatever she wanted. At least then we could have addressed real problems, instead of fake ones.
My nose is clean. I'm in professional school. I have no criminal record. Other than this. Which will only affect me in the ways that would hurt someone in my particular position.
Also, our daughter spends 50/50 time with each of us.
