How to respond to girls that are busy on suggested date time?

If they don't suggest another time I take that as a sign of low interest and just say something that shows equally low interest, like "Ok, have fun". They'll end up contacting you again, which is when I keep acting like I'm not that interested (which honestly I'm usually not because if a girl isn't into me enough to suggest another time then I'm not going to put much effort into setting up a date). I'll usually decline her if she suggests a new time then offer up an alternative time/place. This re-establishes control over the meetup and allows you to pick a place close to your house (so you can take her back home after).

Hit them up again when you want to fuck them and if they do it again, they are dead to you.

If they are interested enough they will suggest another time.
