Woman calls 911 on man for getting into his own car and driving off. When will they be held responsible for their unfounded claims against men that result in harassment like this?

She said that the dude was holding a metal bar and looked like he was trying to break into the car. He also had admitted that he was wearing a hood in the dark while holding a metal bar trying to scratch something off his car. I don't blame her but the police shouldn't have been that aggressive, simple license and papers should have resolved that.

I'm starting to get annoyed at some people on this sub because it's just an absolute witch hunt on here now. Rule of thumb, would you be angry if a dude accidentally thought someone was breaking into a car? No, it's an honest mistake given the circumstances. Calm your farm

This isn't a men's rights issue. The woman did nothing wrong in reporting something suspicious.

He admitted himself he likely looked suspicious, it's entirely reasonable for the woman to call 911. Your title made it seem like she knowingly did it for vengeance or something. The only issue here is how quick and needlessly the officers resorted to violence. If you want to make the case that that wouldn't have happened if it was a female suspect, sure. But the 911 caller is blameless.
