Wow! I thought Sweden was finished, but apparently not. They have probably heard that when the system was adopted in Norway, company performance tailed off. Well done, Sweden!

Fantastic. Enough is enough when it comes to forcing equal outcome, regardless of the input. It should have never gotten this far.

Equal opportunity isn't equality. Even more than equal opportunity isn't equality with preferential treatment and gender-based affirmative action at every level, across every industry and every level of education.

Only equal outcomes* in certain designated areas are "equality", such as STEM, corporate boards, CEOs, etc.

*does not apply in areas where women are overrepresented, does not apply in dirty, dangerous or physically strenuous jobs
