That's so great for people to stand up to that sort of thing, isn't it interesting though how we constantly here feminists complaining about mothers being discriminated against in the workplace and claiming they care about equality for 'all sexes' but when there's a completely legit example of discrimination against a guy for merely seeing his child being born utter silence from them.

I'm sure they'll just use the tired old excuse of "They're in the minority so it isn't as much of an issue though" to justify their attitudes.

When he talked to Salerno on Dec. 30, he told him his wife was in labor and he wouldn't be able to work. Salerno says he got someone to cover his shift, and asked Austin to keep him informed.

Both men agree that they spoke by phone Saturday afternoon and that Austin told him if the baby was born soon, he'd be at work that night.

And then he never bothered to update his boss that his son hadn't arrived so the boss will need someone to cover his shift again...
