She grabbed me for sexual pleasure; I wanted to slap her, but I couldn't because of my principle to respect women.

As much as people like to downplay this issue by saying it happens "much less" than male-on-female sexual harassment, it's still very important because what it lacks in numbers it makes up for in the fact that male employees who are sexually harassed by females (or males sexually assaulted by females in general) have no recourse or means to defend themselves the way women do--who can report the man and are much more likely to be taken seriously, or who can hit the man in defense and no one will blame her or try to prosecute her for it; no one's going to listen to a man who's defense for hitting a woman is that she tried to sexually assault him

The issue is neglected to such an extent that even the Indian Legal System does not recognise the fact that even males can be harassed and existing law recognise only a female as a victim, as per Section 9 of Protection of Women against Sexual harassment

I guess this is that Indian "rape culture" feminists are always talking about...

'Gender-neutral laws to protect people should be made.

the fact that something is so obvious and yet still needs to be said is truly disheartening.
