Been LTR with this girl for about a month, plate for 5 months before that. Had some trouble getting it up first few times, common for me. Nerves I guess. Been having regular sex for months with no problem. Out of the blue a few days ago I start having trouble getting hard and once I do I usually get soft within 30 seconds of starting to have sex. Any ideas? I take zinc and am very physically active.
