A man has little to lose in today's society. You ladies had better think twice about some guy whose little head is in control telling you he took his pill. Besides that, having unprotected sex with anyone except your monogamous spouse is a recipe for contracting dozens of uncomfortable, dangerous or deadly pathogens. Is getting a few inches worth a lifetime of discomfort, expense, and possibly death?

Also: women who are worried can take their own birth control pills, and hormonal BC was never intended to be a substitute for condoms.

Women decided a long time ago: " My body,my choice". So let it be the woman's choice to prevent pregnancy. They can't have it both ways. Why make men take a pill that will later on compromise their general health. Men's fertility is already in dangerous decline.

This isnt about a woman who doesnt want a baby trusting a man to take contraception, she should always trust herself to take female contraception or go double dutch with the pill and condom. The male pill is so important because some women want a baby, but the man does not. Some women lie about being on the pill to conceive, DM even ran a story about a woman who emptied used condoms into herself to conceive. The male pill will enable men who do not want children to take their own contraception, just like how woman have been for decades.

As a personal choice, being the one that physically gets pregnant, I would still rather be in control of the contraception! I am married and even in that situation I wouldn't want to have to check every time we did it, he'd taken his pill!!!

...this is depressing. I think this people literally can't wrap their heads around the fact that there's nothing stopping BOTH partners from using BC if they want to.

These people have apparently also never heard of child support. Also, here's a clue: the reason we need male BC is that men who don't want babies can protect themselves from women who DO, and don't care who they hurt to get their way.

Can't trust men to take it? Bit hypocritical considering the amount of women who lie about being on the pill to either trap a man or get access to single parent benefits and maintenance.

Most usernames and comments are gender ambiguous, so I dont know how you know which comments are from women. I see supportive comments to be from both genders or gender ambiguous people. Same with negative comments.

Holy shit those comments are from some of the dumbest people alive. How they even managed to navigate to that website and mash their face against the keyboard accurately enough to form sentences is mind boggling.
