I don't know about the rest of the people on this subreddit, but my wife was born and raised in the US, and my beard is glorious.

Also, my wife is a self proclaimed feminist - not the hardcore Tumblrina type, but the equal rights and treatment of women type. She doesn't cater to me, well not specifically. We do things for each other, but I don't force her to do anything for me, nor do I expect her to go out of her way to please me.

I do the majority of the house work, since I'm in school full time and stay home to take care of the kids while she works. She helps out. When she stayed home with the kids and I worked she did the majority of the house work and I helped out.

What the user told you is a gross exaggeration and stems from the fact that their head is stuck so far up their jiggly wiggly booty that they can't see that many men are being treated unfairly because of "feminism".

Given that most contributors to Reddit et al do not use their real names, it would seem unlikely that u/jigglywigglybooty could actually know anything about where the alleged anger and hostility comes from. The onus is on him to prove his case, but it is fairly easy to deduce that since he cannot possibly know anything about "the MRAs that infiltrate Reddit and the rest of the interwebs" his pronouncements about them are more a reflection of him than of reality.

Presuming jigglywigglybooty is a black woman, there is a real problem with attitude that makes black men visit overseas, in particular Brazil. I have seen a documentary that makes it clear that just socializing with Brazilian women is a pleasure by comparison. Untrue. Feminists have a really big burr in their panties about men marrying women from overseas. The underlying reasons are discussed in this blog post ... while the post focusses on Asian women, the same factors apply in relation to women from other countries.

I married a woman from overseas, though I did so before I was aware (or before they became a 'thing'?) of this SJW movement. Sure, she struck me as possessing a degree of self-entitlement on an order of magnitude lower than what I felt from my colleagues at university, but that by no means did she allow herself to put up with 'bullshit' from the men in her life romantic or otherwise (or from women for that matter). Would she cater to me and eat my shit? Hah! Whilst being extremely affectionate and willing to indulge me in a variety of areas, she has her wants and requirements and won't bend on things she considers to be important.

To tell the truth, she's what I might consider a case study on how someone can stand up for one's self, hold firm beliefs as to how they deserve to be treated, all the while being able to exhibit and enjoy what might be called by many as 'traditionally feminine' traits and pursuits, or what I like to call a 'functioning human being.'

Sure, there probably exist men who would travel abroad to look for someone of OP's description, but as with all generalisation it would be grossly inaccurate to expand this description to everyone.
