What are TRP's thoughts on threesomes with your LTR/girlfriend/wife? MFM and MFF. But obviously, the focus here is MFM.

Mountains of anecdotal evidence shows that guys fantasize about MFM threesomes with their significant other, or just seeing their SO fucking another guy. I actually have this fantasy (I'm currently single, age 31), and I've been the third for two other couples (all normal, attractive people), and it's my favorite porn genre. I'm not a needy incel -- I've had plates who are solid 8s, and one 9. I'm masculine -- dress conservatively, like sports, have a good job and own two guns. I'm not into being "humiliated" or "cuckolded" by another guy (but I know, some will say by definition it's "cuckolding," an overused buzzword today). But forget about me, as many, many guys fantasize about it and enjoy it. Some are BluePill, skinnyfat, beta, neckbeard, etc, etc, and some are proverbial alphas, at least in appearance, demeanor and quality of women they can get.

Still, I recognize that hypergamy is real, so I think the safer bet is to bury this fantasy and never reveal it. Reluctantly.

There's tons of literature about non-monogamy, everything from swinging to polyamory, and lots of hypotheses on what's "natural" and what isn't. I think there's very compelling arguments that monogamy is not only unnatural, but it's also a tremendous strain on an individual (man or woman) and a couple, leading to frustration and slow despair.

Very important: I think how a man frames the MFM threesome makes all the difference. If he just reluctantly goes along with his girl's suggestion, that's a recipe for disaster. But if it's framed as something he wants -- something he enjoys and desires -- the framing is entirely different.

Consider the following very straightforward points:

  • Half of monogamous marriages end in divorce. Maybe you'll say "never marry," but I think that's easier said than done. I think there's a strong case to be made that occasional MFF and MFM threesomes provide an "escape valve" for pent-up sexual urges for new people that would otherwise happen anyway, only in a cheating/affair situation.

  • AWALT. Women cheat. And actually, men cheat too. Everybody wants to cheat. The main thing keeping people from cheating is getting caught, whether outright, via an STD or displaying guilt. People try to be monogamous, but going 10 years and cheating doesn't count as monogamous. A couple needs to go the entire fucking relationship -- 30, 40+ years -- completely faithful with zero hiccups. Plus, many people are too unattractive to cheat -- they (men and women) turn into fat slobs who nobody except their spouse wants to fuck.

I think it's possible for a woman to consider her LTR partner an "alpha," and want to fuck him very badly, and still want to fuck other guys. Women just like sex, plain and simple.

I'm not trying to build a case for having MFM threesomes, and I have serious misgivings on it. I'm a good-looking, built guy, but I haven't had the experience of an MFM threesome where my hypothetical girlfriend is enjoying herself with a guy who has a much higher SMV than me -- bigger muscles, taller, bigger dick, nicer car, nicer place, etc, etc -- I don't know how I'd react to that. And I assume the MFM threesome goes well, and the other guy isn't a prick or disrespectful. ...I'd also imagine I'd have a rule of no MFM threesomes in my own bed -- I'd share my woman, but dammed if I'll let another dude in my bed. Odd thing to care about, I know.

Anyway, thoughts? Something besides "you're a beta cuck phaggot?" ...What's an argument that MFM should be avoided at all costs? Or maybe the pro-threesome crowd is onto something?
