Just a little background on this video, the police had the road closed because they were investigating a Murder that had just happened. The woman was told to walk home a longer way as to not disturb the Crime scene. she attacked the police with either a hand full of dirt or dog poo that she picked up off the ground. Happened on the Gold Coast in Queensland

Legit question. I'm not saying they should but is there anything preventing them from from running the hose over the car? If it's a time thing, wouldn't smashing the Windows and snaking the hose through the vehicle take longer than just running it over the roof? If it's a distance thing, were only talking about ~12 inches. Does it have something to do with the angle of the hose? Maybe it's not good to angle it up more than it already is? Does it come down to showing people why they shouldn't park there? Which I get if that's the case. The time it takes to deal with the situation could mean someone's dumb parking could get someone killed.
