How about sending her to a psychologist?

If the judge believes that the victim has been traumatized and damaged, surely it would be far more beneficial to get her professional help, not give her poetry and propaganda! But no, it's far more important to proselytize than to actually help a victim of statuary rape!

I'm not going to justify actions of the man, but this sentence looks like indoctrination in hot pursuit. And considering girl's age and situations, the action may be quite successful.
