How is this denied? She brainwashed her kids agains her father. The father is now terrified of when she gets back out in 5 months. In his words: “In my mind, you want a level of accountability to be held on top of her,” he said. “I fear she’ll see this as a victory for her.”

At least they recognized that the woman was wrong and did something about it. My ex-wife brainwashed my oldest child to believe that my wife and I are abusive, just like this woman did with her kids, but the courts will not do a damn thing about it. Just getting the courts to recognize this fact is nearly impossible, despite the fact that we have other kids who adamantly deny it, and years worth of professional counselors' testimony. There's not one shred of evidence of any sort of abuse, (in fact there's not even any specific allegation of abuse, just the blanket accusation that we're "abusive") yet my ex wife has convinced my oldest child to stay with her full time and has even sued for full custody and the courts just shrug and say, "What can you do? You can't make a sixteen year old go where they don't want to." I'm actually working with a lawyer to try and make my ex take my oldest child to reintegration therapy, but that is pretty unlikely to get any traction at all. If I had even a shred of hope that the courts would so much as call her out on her BS then I would be pretty happy, but I know that's not bloody likely. Pussy pass is alive and well and my ex is milking it for all it's worth.

Having lost my children to similar bullshit, all I can say is that this is only happening to her because she's not well-off. Slimy high-priced counsel will never allow justice to get in the way of women breaking laws in Family Court.

This is a pussy pass. The judge sentenced her to 6 years probation and 15 days a year in prison. For some reason, this chick gets to dictate to the judge what her sentence will be, and the judge just accepts that.

So instead of living under a microscope for 6 years, where if she fucks up she gets a penalty, she serves like 5 months and she's done with the whole thing.

Holy shit I can only imagine how tweaked that dude is now. About a decade ago I wasn't able to see my kids for 83 days because of their lying cunt of a mother and it fucked me up pretty bad. Hell, I still get anxiety that she'll pull some shit again (she's tried). But two fucking years!? I need to buy that man a beer.
