I'd like to start a "men's outreach" group/club at my college starting this fall. Besides starting the conversation around the gender disparity in suicide (as September is fast approaching), what other topics would be good to make into flyers?

Absolutely make a few for false rape allegations. It ~~might~~ will probably get you in some hot water with administration, but as long as you make it tastefully, then there is nothing they can do about it. This is a big deal for your target group so it should absolutely be one of your top three bullets.

Suicide I think would be a good option. It's a topic most can sympathize with and would be a good way to bring people in/start their interest without as much risk of provocation like with, say, false rape accusations.

This may not be exactly what you're asking, but I'd like to put forward something that may be useful.

In Australia at least, every campaign or service directed towards men suffers from the same problem. For example, mental illness awareness: there is always a mopey looking blue collar guy saying something to the effect of "I thought I was a real man, but it turns out I have depression. Depression is serious. I'm so so sad". It makes me embarrassed to be a man with depression when I see these.

My advice would be to keep things fairly casual. Even just call it a meet up group, but initially keep the services fairly general. Let them bring their own problems and just provide an environment where they won't be persecuted for discussing them.

When you directly address "Serious Issues", it often deters men because it feels a bit weak or lame and certainly not very fun.

tl;dr Make it a place that young men wouldn't be embarrassed to say they're going to. Don't be overt in it's support group nature, make it seem superficially more like a club, but include support group conversations and activities.

Edit: another benefit of not overtly addressing social or political issues is that you're much less likely to be targeted by others. I think deez_nuts_730's suggestion of addressing false allegations is a really good one, but if you have that in print anywhere outside the meeting room you won't be able to get anywhere with it. But if you say something like "relationship and sex advice" people will know what you mean, and you're less likely to get shut down.
