Although I really don't care if people produce satire art and engage in mocking of it, I do have slightly more of an issue with mass producing it (there are multiple of these statues) and sticking them in public places. In general, NSFW art in public places is... awkward.

The only thing I find particularly 'body shaming' about this case in particular is the explicit caption "the emperor has no balls". Emasculation is perfectly acceptable in our society and in a similar vein of joking about male rape, it always seem to be funny when "that character" just has one ball.

Meanwhile, if you tried to make a point about a female politician being "less than a woman" by portraying her without breasts or a hole in her middle in the shape of a uterus, I expect the coverage would have all been heavily censored and we'd be hearing more about the outrage than the art.
