Your mental landscape is paramount. You sound fucked in the head, a bit like me.

I'm told and believe that I'm physically quite attractive. Girls will eyefuck me when I walk into a room.. almost every day in fact. i've got a sort of lean pretty boy look. But when I open my mouth it all disappears. I'm either invisible or beta bucks at that point 90% of the time. Had a few good plates though who begged for dick so I know there's hope.

I'm not that confident with girls and was basically raised by wolves so I have social anxiety.

Focus on getting your head right. The most important part of that is detaching your sense of value from women & sex. Learn to love yourself and get a sense of achievement out of other things in life

Also I'm seeking therapy. Ymmv.

Check out the good looking loser videos on youtube. It's possible, even not uncommon, to be a very good looking guy and still be relatively unsuccessful with women. You're lacking in some of the other components of SMV. Women today are demanding the whole package.
