She picks two guys up, and they have a threesome. One of the guys videos it.

Two weeks later, one of the guys posts the video to the internet; so only then does she goes to the police and says she was raped. She claims she was drunk and/or had her drink spiked and had a blackout. [Blackout as in she was totally fine during the sex; but could not remember anything afterwards].

But you can find the video on the internet. She is clearly having consensual sex with both of them, and enjoying it. But at some point, one of the men attempts to put his penis in her mouth and she refuses, saying "no, stop etc.".

She is obvious furious they have posted the video to the internet; and tries to use ye olde "I was raped" trick.

But the judges in the case can see the whole video, and it's as clear as day it's not rape. But of course that does not stop the crazy-crowd, to whom even video evidence is not valid. All that matters is what the women claimed happened.

Like, actually for scientific purposes. I want to see for myself what type of "no" is considered debatable.
