Do not talk to these women.

Do not engage with them.

If they wish to engage wifh you politely tell them to fuck off. If they are not giving much of a choice in the matter record/document everything. Everything that they say or do down to the color of their socks.

Do not engage with the police without guidance from your lawyer.

Uhm~, considering the fact that he was "very drunk" and her friend--the witness--just "watched," OP was taken advantage of and raped. The only way to argue otherwise is to state that the other two were drunk aswell. If that's the case, then they all made a mistake and need to move on. Realistically, though, it doesn't matter if the other two were drunk or not. OP needs a lawyer, 'cause she's already planned everything out and is getting her pieces in order. Now, OP can either prepare for battle or maintain a healthy relationship with someone who planned on ruining his life for whatever reason. Good luck.

There's always the option of playing dirty himself.
