Sounds like a recipe for suicide.

Notice that she didn't say that white male actors should never complain. She said they should never be ALLOWED to complain. This isn't just suggesting self-restraint. This is suggesting control and enforcement based entirely on skin colour, occupation, and sex.

Maybe. That's a valid point. You're getting paid millions and nobody is forcing you to do anything. But if that's true, then it's true for men and women and the same standard should be applied to both.

It's not okay to objectify men but also not okay to objectify women. It's one or the other, that's what equality is.

Personally I tend to think that objectification is about as overblown a concern as there could be, but what's really irritating is the double standard that's applied to the subject.
