Introvert, how to be more energetic/extroverted

Introvert/misanthrope here. Start taking pleasure in disrupting people's personal bubble for your personal gain (social experience). Basically go up to people and force them to interact with you so you can see what works. Obviously be friendly, but assertive. You'll realize people aren't that scary.

Number 1 is to make sure you're taking care of your body - eat healthy, particularly lots of raw fruits and vegetables will give you lots of energy. Also make sure you get plenty of sleep and exercise a lot, all these things will give you as much energy as possible.

As far as being social as an introvert, just practice as much as possible. I'm pretty introverted and used to have a sales job, the key for me was really just getting lots of practice dealing with people. Also I'd like to mention that one of the best salesman I worked with was super introverted, much moreso than me even. His whole thing was selling customers products with the least amount of words possible. He was basically stone cold and told them what they need to buy confidently without offering another option or being nice, he hated the customers after working there long enough and used that to his advantage. That said, he hated the job and eventually quit

Just practice and study, but mostly practice. Read 'the charisma myth' and start talking to everyone. I've made it a habit to always talk to anyone who's around me. Especially if I'm never going to see them again, I can say something bold. 99% of the time (pretty much (100%) I get a positive / decent response.

If it's someone you'll see again (supermarket cashier, person at the gym, etc.) say something more casual.

Are you sure you're an introvert? The word is misused, a LOT. Look up the 16 personality test, find out which kind you are and you'll find a shit ton of good advice to use.

To answer more directly, just practise. Don't try to practise, get up and do it.

Yeah I eat very healthy and get regular exercise and sleep. I guess it's just more practice that I need
