There's the pick up strategy to waste 8 hours talking to 100 women hoping 1 will eventually fug you. Talk about having no life and worshiping women.

The only time to approach a random girl in public is if you've held eye contact and she's giving out an IOI. Anything else is just needy and desperate.

Unless he's a bum, he only has a few hours free time per day. That time for a noob is best spent lifting and reading Red Pill books. Much better than practicing getting rejected and promoting yourself as the neighborhood creep.

I would say the steps for an incel are:

1)get more attractive 2)internalize red pill
3)casually talk to girls in every day life 4)cold approaching

And when you cold approach, you make eye contact first. You don't sneak up on some girl who's busy fingerfucking her phone

I worked for a high ended real estate agent in college. He made $2 million in commission one year. We never made one cold call. It's a waste of time for some multi million dollar properties.

It works the same way for hb9-10s. Approaching them is a waste of time if you have no chance of pulling them. Improve yourself and talk to them when you are actually on that level

Chances are that they aren't on the phone at all times. You have to approach from an angle which she is forced to make eye contact. If you lift and dress well, inevitably some of those girls will stop by and make eye contact. But dont sneak up behind her or attempt to talk to her while she is texting.
